We require street addresses rather than P.O. boxes for delivery, and recommend shipping to a business address whenever possible.
Ground orders typically ship out within two business days of the order being placed.
Express orders are given highest priority and typically ship out the following business day.
If you require delivery by a fixed date, please include that date in the " Comments or Special Instructions" section of the shopping cart. This will assist us in getting your order to you within the timeframe you have requested.
Tracking numbers are not emailed upon departure. If you require a tracking number you will need to email us. Please include the Ship To name and the order number.
